Billion Dollar Blueprint

Mortgage broker training for Canada

Your first three years as a mortgage broker, mapped out.

Billion Dollar Blueprint teaches mortgage brokers what they need to know, when they need to know it, then holds them accountable for doing it.

  • Jan 1, 2027Level 1 starts
  • 47modules, one a week
  • $1.5B+funded by Kyle Green

Knowledge isn't what's missing.

Most new brokers don't fail from a lack of knowledge. They fail because nobody showed them what to do, in what order, week after week. You can learn every underwriting rule in the country and still not have a business if nobody knows you're a broker.

So BDB is built around one idea: learn what you need, when you need it, then go do it.

The order you learn in

Every deal moves through the same 10 stages.

Level 1 follows them in order, so each lesson lands right before you need it. Stages 1 to 3 are where a business is won or lost, so that's where you start.

How it works

About 2 hours of learning a week. The rest is doing.

Learn

One module a week: a lesson, slides and a short quiz. About 2 hours.

Do

Every module ends with a specific action. Build your database, write your scripts, make your calls.

Log

From Module 7, log 7 numbers each week. Logging unlocks the next module. A slow week doesn't block you; it shows up so we can help.

In Module 7 you build your plan with the BDB planner. Pick your province, set your take-home goal, and it works out the deals, leads and calls you need, month by month, for your first three years. It assumes no funded deals in your first 3 months, and it counts the referrals your past clients send you.

About

Kyle Green

A Canadian mortgage broker with nearly 20 years in the industry, over $1.5 billion in funded mortgages, and a Top 25 broker in Canada since 2017.

Kyle is licensed in BC, Alberta and Ontario. Most of his own clients are self-employed people, business owners and real estate investors: files that need analysis and explanation, not a rate sheet. He works with lenders inside and outside the broker channel.

His approach is consultative and education-first. Clients make better decisions, and stay longer, when they understand why something is recommended, not just what. BDB teaches brokers the same way.

Why BDB exists

New brokers are usually handed a pile of information and left to figure out the order. BDB puts it in the order a deal happens, adds one clear action a week, and checks in on the numbers every Monday.

FAQ

Questions brokers ask.

When does Level 1 start?

January 1, 2027. There's one module a week for 47 weeks.

How much time does it take?

About 2 hours of learning a week. The rest of your time goes to doing the work: calling, meeting people and taking applications. Plan for 20 to 25 hours of focused work a week in total once your calls start in Module 7.

Who is Level 1 for?

Brand new brokers, or brokers funding $0 to $10 million a year.

Is there anything specific to my brokerage?

Level 1 includes extra onboarding modules for brokers with DLC and Mortgage Architects brokerages, covering their systems.

What if I fall behind?

Logging your weekly numbers unlocks the next module, not hitting your targets. A slow week shows up on your tracker so we can help, and it doesn't block your learning.

How long do I have access?

Videos and materials are available for one year, or while you're enrolled. After you complete a level, you can keep access to its content, calculators and downloads for $299 a month.

What does it cost?

$5,000 per level, all access.

When do Levels 2 and 3 open?

They're coming soon. Join the waitlist on the Level 2 or Level 3 page and we'll email you first.
